1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, and customized goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.


3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
