1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, and customized goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
