  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time

  • Since we work with multiple global suppliers, delivery may take 10–20 business days depending on your location.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, high demand, or unforeseen logistics delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.

  • Express shipping (if available) may include additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.


4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear, as products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses.


5. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

  • We will assist you in tracking the package or arrange a replacement/refund as per our policy.
